Couples Therapy

Individual Relationship Work

When the relationship matters, even if your partner isn’t here. This work is for people who want to understand their patterns in love, heal attachment wounds, and create healthier ways of relating.

Relationship Intensives

A focused, high-impact option for couples or individuals who want to go deeper in a shorter period of time. Intensives create space for meaningful movement when weekly therapy doesn’t feel like enough.

90-minute, 120-minute, and half-day options available based on fit and goals.
